What's in this version:

This is complete rewrite of ASR! It has been rewritten from scratch for better performance and includes a lot of changes. We have changed ASR description to reflect main changes.

ASR also requests new permission (PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS) so that it would know when you are calling out and stop recording
